Very happy with the service. Thor did a great job and and was quick. Customer service was great and any issues I had were handled very professionally. Can't ask more out of a company. I did have a part that should have been under warranty but the 3ed party company wants to be a trash company and won't even look at it due to staffing and its $1050 that ive just given up. Well after months and months of calling and no returned calls I feel this is the only think that will justify the service provided. For starters thank you Thor. What an incredible company! Amazing service! We decided to put air conditioning into our cabin and we needed a new heater too. Josh and Thor arrived on time and worked diligently and fast. They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Amazing service. We are so happy and highly recommend Cabin Comfort Heating & Cooling.
We had a broken air-conditioner this week and it was in the 80s. I wish I had caught the mans name but he was one of the hardest workers I've seen. We called Monday and he showed up Friday morning, spent 8 hours hauling his equipment up and down a steep hill with a dolly (if you asked me I'd say it was a 2 person job). He was so polite and clearly working hard the whole time. Thanks to this man who I never caught his name!
