I normally frequent this location and they do a fantastic job however left feeling pretty disappointed with the final result today. Had someone different this time and got my usual haircut and beard trim done. I was in and out in 35 - 40 minutes however the beard trim wasn't the greatest. With a straight razor they missed a bunch of spots and the shave wasn't very close at all. I had mentioned to go back and trim up the hairs around my face and even after going back wasn't very clean. Temporary review, will be edited for details. This is just to dump info for now: Easy 5/5. CABIN is amazing. Walking in, you feel like you walked into a cabin in Northern Ontario: wood permeates the space, both literally through wood furnishings and walls, but in the air as well. CABIN both looks and smells like a cabin or trading post from Northern Ontario. Also walking in, I was greeted by a cowboy lumberjack: plaid shirt, with a cowboy hat. Memorable start. They had a booth setup at the Jazz Festival doing free cuts for food bank donations. I tried it and was very impressed. Thank you for helping the community and the cut.
I used to only frequent the Union location but with work now, this location fits my needs better. The staff are fantastic as always, and they have droves of great items and gift ideas for sale as well. I won't get my hair cut anywhere else now. #CabinLife
