I went here to get a bad perm fixed. Paulo and his wife were so kind and they really care about their customers. They are also very knowledgeable - they knew the details of my hair concerns and even how to carefully colour damaged hair. They are an awesome couple and I will be returning! Thanks so much for fixing my horrible perm!
What an incredibly frustrating and bad experience. Made an appointment for a men's cut and a kid's cut for my 6 year old son for 3 pm. We arrived at 2:55 pm and we had to wait almost an hour before the owner/male hairdresser attended to us even though we had arranged appointment with him ahead of time. And a total of almost 1.5 hours before we were done and out the door. There was only one other client in another chair the whole time we were there. I simply cannot find a good hair salon in Chinatown….. I work nearby at Harry Hays building. The staffs here couldn’t speak fluent English so perhaps miscommunication

The hair stylists are amazing humans! They ask you exactly how you want your hair and then you can sit back, enjoy the incredible head massage and let the magic happens. I had a good laugh with them. It's good for the soul and the style! Thank you!
