We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Cabell as both buyers and sellers this spring! Cabell is a people person. Most importantly, he is detailed-oriented, thorough and professional. When I needed to rent my house quickly, he was able to have it painted, cleaned and ready in a matter of days. Within days, it was rented and I couldn’t have done it without his help.
Cabell was able to quickly get me in the house I wanted in Arlington, VA. Even with not many options in a tight market, he still managed to get the job done!
