Very dis-appointed in their Warranty procedure on rifles that does not exist! Purchased a Gamo .22 Pellet gun for my grandson and it failed over the first weekend.. Returned to store and replied no warranty and have to deal direct with Manufacture which i have to now ship rifle to Quebec on my own dime shipping wise .

Great customer service. Older gentlemen 55+ with glasses(can't remember his name)helped me decide which Griddle I wanted and of course I got the big one!(36inch) Love the griddle!
