Wow – had my first – and LAST shopping trip to Cabella’s this weekend. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I used to work in the service industry for 20+ years…. I’ve been using my father’s 50 year old fishing pole most of my life, and decided it was time to replace it. Big decision, as this pole has a great sentimental value to me. Had a great time with the kids it really is a great place it just seemed a little under staffed.
Don't waste your time for upland gear. Wasted trip...2 odd size coats, a couple shirts and a pair of pants was their entire collection for upland hunting.
I loved the diversity of the stock in the store...the amount of personalized service available to us and quality of the brands carried in the store. The store decor was simply stunning also. If was a fabulous and entertaining shopping venture ....
It was my kids and I first time visiting your store today which we traveled from Ohio to see as we heard so, many wonderful things and I was most definitely not disappointed. From the decor to our favorite the aquarium and the kind and friendly staff. I see us being back in the future!!! ����
