Most of the sales help were to busy talking in groups and ignoring customers. To bad, we were serious about a purchase. Left with some jerky only.
I have always had a good experience at this Cabela’s. They have always worked with us on exchanges and warranty’s. We drive almost 1hr 40 mins here because they stand behind their products without issue and make it right.
What can I say? ITS CABELA’S!
Wish there was a way to give zero stars. Took me 3 days, 15 phone calls. Waited on hold for manger for 13 minutes to get transferred again. Was told by product information to go check myself online. Then finally got someone to check if the boat motor I want is in stock. Pathetic!!UPDATE: went to purchase a boat motor today and after 10 minutes waiting and 2 sales men ignoring us we left. Guess $1500.00 isn’t enough to spend to have them wait on you.
Walked out of there$600 lighter!
Excellent service, I love everything about this store!!
They need more kids sweatshirts
It was only a one and a half ring circus the last weekend before Christmas I was expecting a full blown three ring circus
