Brought my car in for its last in warranty service. They did the oil change and rotated the tires but refused to acknowledge or fix the issues it currently has. We spent all of our money buying our family a toyota that doesnt get the MPG advertised and has a gas tank issue. So sad to see where the reliable Toyota name has fallen to. Definitely appropriate for the neighborhood its located in.
10/10 dealership and service department. Recently got myself a GR86 from another dealer and had a bad experience. One of the only dealers I will let touch my vehicle and do service for me and the rest of my family.

Service center guy that has the second from the left desk is super rude simple question and can’t even answer like a human I came in there greeting and everything and couldn’t even do it back why work here where you see thousands of people and you can’t handle it worst part it was 7:45 am
Shoutout to Allstars Kenny Tran and Service manager Phil for catching a boo-boo that my usual Maintence team at a Toyota location that will go unmentioned overlooked (despite the 100 mile roundtrip for service I took the day Prior). These guys are all stars and I will be servicing with Cabe from now on.
