Was on hold listening to music for 15 minuteawithout ever hearing a humans voice then when I finally did as I am typing this. "Cabe toyota parts can you hold please" immediately back to music. I'm waiting longer to see if they have the part than it will take to install. Edit... after waiting another 15 minutes I hung up called west coast toyota and they answered said they had to order my part and it would be there tomorrow 9am. All with out ever putting me on hold.
