Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. I booked a Guardian Interlock installation over the phone and clearly advised the staff of my vehicle type. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told to return in three hours. After three hours, I called for an update and was told someone would call me back. No one did. When I returned after four hours, I was informed they didn’t have the required wiring information to complete the installation. I took my van here asking for assistance with diagnostics and next steps as the battery for the motorhome was dead after being in long term storage. I stated the battery was dead, and that I might need it removed to be sent back to enerdrive to be repacked, unless they had other options. There is minimal communication, very unusual experience. Was quoted $380 to have a Sony car stereo installed. After installation, the radio reception was terrible and the steering wheel controls were not working. Took the vehicle back and Ray apologised saying his apprentice did the installation and said he would have this fixed free of charge. Took the vehicle back a week later and had the steering wheel controls and radio reception fixed and they tried to charge me another $407!
