I was told I had to call starting 7:30AM to be able to be considered for scheduling in regards to an emergency dental procedure. I called. I stayed on the phone for 28 minutes. Next thing you know the phone system prompts me that I'm 1 minute away from being spoken to. And as soon as it was my turn to be spoken to, I heard the very audible sound of someone picking up the call and then them hanging up and then the call dropped....its frustrating to be told something and then that happens. Anytime I have tried to make an appointment the phone would continue to ring then hang up. There were a few times someone actually answer the phone, but after requesting an appointment, the individual would hang up the phone. There are times when you call and is placed on hold, there is a recording to say that the wait time is 2 minutes but you will wait longer then the stated wait time and the call will be disconnected.
Dr. Steele helped my elderly sister yesterday and was great. She let me hold her hand and talked her through a hard tooth being pulled. My sister said she didnt' feel it and agreed to come back for a cleaning. Thanks for everything you did dr. Steele.
I had my first GREAT dental visit in my life. I was very anxious and Dr. Steel took out my tooth without any pain. She made me laugh and taught me how to brush my 9 months old teeth without judgment. it was a nice office with helpful nurses (I think her name was Monika?) and accepts medicaid. Thank you Dr. Steel!
The doctor and his assistant did a really great job and helped me with my pain they both could have rushed me out and sent me home in pain but instead they seem I was in pain and fixed the problem so no more pain thanks DR. Sharma and his assistant for doing a great job
