I was seen in a timely manner. The staff were polite, yet personable. Dr. Handler had a good bedside manner and answered questions. I was impressed.
I recently went in for an eye exam and was treated with a rude attitude and outright disrespect from the very first moment I walked through the door. During the exam itself, the doctor acted impatient and annoyed whenever I asked questions about my vision, giving me curt answers and rolling their eyes like my concerns were a waste of their time.
Dr.brown is an extremely arrogant person this is the last time my family will ever bring our children to this establishment. Do NOT Bring your children here
Dr Handler has been our eye physician for years and we will stay with him until he retires. We love him!!!!
