I had such a great experience at Cabarrus Cycling Co! The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely excited to help me find the right bike. They listened to what I needed, offered helpful suggestions, and never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable. I’ve had some not-so-great experiences at other bike shops, but this one was the total opposite welcoming, supportive, and really knowledgeable. I left feeling confident and excited about my new bike. Highly recommend! I love my 2026 checkpoint

Great bike shop. Great customer service and good pricing. They helped me get into a bike I really liked after the first one I purchased wasn’t the right fit. Put 12 miles on the bike today and it was perfect for my needs. Juan and David are super nice guys who care about their customers. I will be back for future needs. Support local!!!
Every time I visit, I’m so impressed by how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful the staff is! Their expertise was needed as I searched for my perfect bike! I was looking for a hybrid fitness bike for cross training. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories, and I found everything I needed!! Came in for the first time looking for a new bike bell for my wife. They had a large selection of bike bells. Prices were good. My 4yo ended up finding some bikes his size. They had a nice kids section. We ended up finding a few other really cool products. The staff was extremely helpful. He understood I was new at biking and was more than willing to show me some of the beginner bikes and what all I needed. The bikes were awesome, super cool mountain bikes and more.
