Came in looking for an Velowave electric bike charger and the rude old man told me he was a Trek Bike dealer only, That he was not able to help me. But proceeded to make comments about my bike, saying that he’s never heard of Velowave, that if I bought it off of Amazon, I should make sure that it’s UL listed or it will burn my house down, And that he would not service my bike if it wasn’t a good bike.
