Great and thorough bike service even when we didn't buy the bike from them! Above and beyond our expectations! Same day service with a price that surprised us because it was so reasonable considering the work done! We will go to them from now on!

Every time I visit, I’m so impressed by how knowledgeable, patient, and helpful the staff is! Their expertise was needed as I searched for my perfect bike! I was looking for a hybrid fitness bike for cross training. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories, and I found everything I needed!! I had such a great experience at Cabarrus Cycling Co! The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely excited to help me find the right bike. They listened to what I needed, offered helpful suggestions, and never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable. I’ve had some not-so-great experiences at other bike shops, but this one was the total opposite welcoming, supportive, and really knowledgeable.
