Unfortunately they become like all the other insurance company.prices keep skyrocketing. and now they charge you to pay your bill online. and if you have a major issue and have to turn in your insurance they cancel it after they take care of the problem. I've never used them for anything and yet I have to keep paying more and more each year. if you don't owe on the vehicle I suggest if you're a good driver cancel your policy except for liability and save your moneyif you can.
