Disappointing stay. The apartment was advertised as having WiFi, but there was no WiFi available for the entire two-night stay. When we contacted the property, we were told they would confirm the details with the owners and call us back the following morning, but we never received a response. Travelling with two young children, this was particularly frustrating, especially as there was only one TV channel available. We arrived to a dirty apartment with a broken door and broken television. The internet didn’t work for the apartment. When I called management to report these issues on two occasions they were never addressed. Dirty frying pans in the cupboards. Dead insects on the ceiling. Poor customer service. We stayed for a period of 11 nights over Xmas and new years. Avoid.
Beware of the hidden $20 booking fee if booking direct through their website... once entering your credit card details and confirm to pay you next get a notification saying payment confirm plus $20 credit card fee which wasn't mentioned... I mentioned this to the staff upon checking... they said they would look into it and get back to me (noone got back) i mentioned this to be dishonest as it would have been cheaper to book through booking.com maybe best to mention this to fair trading... also upon checkout we requested an h... read more
