Serious question, are you ever open or do you ever answer the phone? For 3 weeks straight I've been trying to get an appointment - I book online then call the morning of up to 3x until my appt is due, to see if the clinic is open - no answer so I don't bother going as I've turned up in the past and the clinic has been closed. I visited this clinic with severe ear pain and left feeling completely dismissed and unheard. The receptionist was unprofessional, and Dr. Ward showed up 40 minutes late with zero communication or apology. When he finally saw me, he rushed through the appointment in barely a minute, brushed off my concerns, and casually prescribed a nasal spray without any real examination. Every time you make an appointment, you arrive and the practise is closed and nobody ever contacts you?
As a man who now suffers from major epileptic seizures after a medical malpractice procedure in my surgery i have received absolutely no help from anyone after loosing my license my business, home and everything else because i can not afford to live off centerlink who has me on job seaker when i cant even work. It is impossible to find any General practitioner to help me in anyway in this system and its pathetic. Would not recommend this place to anyone
