Pretty sure they are closed permanently.. (And forgot to update their answering machine message). A pity - Dr Ward was a reasonable doctor, and bulk-billed.

Serious question, are you ever open or do you ever answer the phone? For 3 weeks straight I've been trying to get an appointment - I book online then call the morning of up to 3x until my appt is due, to see if the clinic is open - no answer so I don't bother going as I've turned up in the past and the clinic has been closed. I think the doctor is efficient and has treated my needs thus far, however it's getting beyond a joke to not be able to call and speak to someone and there is no confidence or certainty about follow up ... read more

I visited this clinic with severe ear pain and left feeling completely dismissed and unheard. The receptionist was unprofessional, and Dr. Ward showed up 40 minutes late with zero communication or apology. When he finally saw me, he rushed through the appointment in barely a minute, brushed off my concerns, and casually prescribed a nasal spray without any real examination.
