Customer service was great and the entire process was very easy. The van was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having a bathroom and WiFi in the van during the trip was really helpful. There were spots that the Wi-Fi didn't work but I expected that being in the middle of the woods in Olympic National Park. The fridge was larger than I expected and having amenities like kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels and electricity without being plugged in made for an easier trip. This was a great way to explore National Parks in the Pacific NW! Was easy to check in and return. Having a stove was great as we had to change plans on the fly due to fire restrictions. It was easy to get in and out of parking lots. Bed was comfortable and a great place to relax at the end of the day after hiking and exploring! If you use the induction stove I would recommend planning to stay at a campsite with an electrical hookup at least every 3rd day to recharge the battery. We rented the Cabana Classic for 2 weeks for a tour around the parks of Washington State. Van was clean, in great shape and basically and engineering marvel. The van came equipped with basically everything we needed with only a few exceptions. We did buy a cooler because we preferred to pack more food than the crisper sized fridge would allow. We also bought camp chairs because we couldn't figure out how to use the ones that came with the van. We had a few questions, which customer service handled quickly and professionally.... read more

Rented the Flex cabana for a July 2023 Olympic and Rainier NP trip. This was an unforgettable experience that was made possible by getting a Cabana. Pros: The app made everything easy and convenient. There are videos and booklets to figure out how to use everything in the van. It is also easy to track your mileage. You get an an average of 150 miles a day, which for us worked out.
