Booked a pool closing. They had no service person as they called in sick after I reached out to confirm appointment on the same day. They rescheduled, did not complete closing nor provide chemical treatments. Would not responds when asked for invoice breakdown as I feel charges are not aligned with what they preformed. Very disappointed.
Hired them to do weekly pool cleaning and maintenance. Very unreliable. Often didnt' show up when scheduled, claimed to clean the pool but it was still dirty. Staff unfamiliar with equipment or chemicals. Would not recommend.
