HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could leave a ZERO STAR I would. First of all they charged us $55 for parking and a resort fee. There is nothing resort like about this dump. It says nothing in the policies about a parking fee or resort fee. Then the people that came in after us, which were staying in the same exact kind of room as us, were charged a $35 parking fee.The floor was absolutely filthy. BUGS! I stayed here with my partner and we had to leave early. So many bugs. I picked up a bandana off the floor and 4 cockroaches skittered away. Tried to cancel and the front desk person told me to cancel through booking.com but refused to provide that in writing or via email. Then when booking.com attempted to reach out, he refused their calls, while accepting mine moments later. Very dismissive, denied there were bugs and refused to look at the videos of dozens. When I first seen reviews I was quite worried but as soon as we pulled in they let us park and even had 1/2 rooms ready. The king room(that I stayed in) was nice and clean. It was small. The motel was close to the boardwalk and the pool was also nice. It wasn’t ice cold. The rooms did not have any mold and they were clean. The beds were comfortable. Although the showers did suck. My 2nd time here and they have not disappointed I've said before, you get what you pay for. If you want deluxe accommodations then go pay deluxe prices. Rooms are basic but I'm here for everything outside my door. My room was clean, the a.c. was really good. Service with a smile and if by chance something's not right this gentleman will do everything possible to accommodate you. My 2nd time down from Delaware in 2 weeks. I will be back.
