John and Shane were super responsive and pleasant to work with! It was a Pentair Pump warranty claim and they were fantastic about getting it scheduled, obtaining parts and repair! I would not pass this business by if you are looking for pool services!
I have a pool built by Superior pools. My pool lights had quit working. Pentair contacted Cabana Knights to do the warranty work and to replace the pool lights. Shane Miller with Cabana Knights replaced the lights for me free of charge since the were still under warranty with Pentair. Shane does the highest quality work and is also very knowledgeable with swimming pool chemistry. Shane was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Cabana Knights and Shane for expert service.
Could not be happier with the service provided. Experience with my pool builder has been an absolute joke. They haven't been able to fix or simply fail to address problems as they arise. They won't show me how some of the the devices I purchased work or even reply to my emails anymore. One such issue has been with a deck jet that has not worked properly since install.
