We have $28 worth of food ordered.... they made us the wrong stuff. ONE thing was made correct. They forgot our large cheddar balls, a fry, and made 3 out of the 4 sandwiches wrong. We get home, we call them and they said to come on back and we’d have your order ready. 4 girls behind counter couldnt make our shakes before food got served. Ketchup was out told them 3xs we need ketchup. Several tables dirty, floor needs swept and trash in lobby full! No wonder there's a help wanted sign up!

Based on previous reviews, the service is severly lacking... Also, as an employer, they don't seem to follow the law for wage withholding orders from the court. Take the money out of the paycheck but sit on it for months at a time before sending it where they are legally required to send it. Clearly a management/ownership negligence that is actually criminal and will be prosecuted if it continues.

Arrived at around 9:15pm, and the inside lobby was closed. We were just meeting family there for ice cream and we planned on sitting outside. There were four adults and three children total, so one of the adults got in their vehicle and went through the drive thru and ordered our ice cream. Whenever they got to the window, we had someone go to lend a hand to get the ice cream cones and such from the window. Bad service, item ordered on their menu and paid for I was then told they didn’t actually serve. I wasn’t apologized to and was not offered anything else instead just handed a refund. And after I got home and checked the receipt realized I was refunded less for the cabana cooler than I was charged

Sat in the drive thru in the same spot for a good 20 minutes waiting, saw 2 cars in front of me and 1 behind me drive away. All while I was waiting I saw 3 of your employees standing and watching a basketball game on tv. I hate complaining on here but come on guys get your shit together.

Worst experience ever at St Joe Avenue. So we had already been to Starbucks and they didn't have my sons drink. So then he wants a shake after going through Holiday Park. There are cars in front of me and they refuse to serve us say they are closed very rudely. By my clock was just right at closing, which I normally don't like to do. Even If the car in front of me got there at their Closing they would have had already Been in line about 5 minutes and were still behind the building. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickles or mayo. They gave me 1 cabana burger with mayo and onion and lettuce. They are some dumbnuts. Hire people that will understand your order.
