Greatest service I’ve ever had. Always is here when he says he’s going to be. Prompt, efficient and a veteran to boot. Highly recommend!
Not reliable. The pool guy said he would be out on either Thursday or Friday. Didn't show either day,so I called and he said he would be out on Saturday. If I didn't call him,I wouldn't have known. Saturday gets here and waited all day until after 7pm, he never showed.I called June and said I wanted to cancel. She first said she would refund my money, but later sends me a text saying it was my fault because I didn't call him. This pool company quoted me for one price then did the work and sent me a completely different invoice for $1000 more than they had originally bid. Even though my bid had all the correct verbiage and repairs and it was a mistake on their end. Their communication was awful and I had to explain that a portion of the job I had requested to be done was not finished three times before they even understood what I was asking.
