Nice place but expensive
The "Bare Minimum" Cabana Beach Club – Disappointing Stay, Disorganized Check-In, and Subpar Accommodations. Our stay at Cabana Beach Club was, unfortunately, a letdown from the start. After a long day of travel, we arrived after hours and followed the instructions provided via email—only to find no key packet at the designated location. Still recovering from the last Hurricane. We were assured our rental would be ready. Two days before departure we were told it was not. We go upgraded to another room at no charge. When we drove into the place there was a large dumpster and an outhouse in the driveway. Not the ambiance we were looking for. Cracked tiles and trip hazards around the pool. Contacted the property manager and asked for a discount as we were unhappy. We were denied as she stated "this is the time of year we make the most money". That was not a con... read more
We were not told the pool was closed. Kitchen light did not work and owner was not very responsive to getting it fixed until day before we left. Bedrooms were not connected to bathrooms and bathrooms were small.
