Horrible professionalism - I stumbled upon the salon Instagram and loved Caitlyn’s work! Caitlyn messaged me that she would get me in somewhere on the schedule and to send in current photos/inspirational photos which I did. She also posted on her story that she was open to new clients and that she loved seeing new faces.
