Customer service is very rude and trying to make an appointment I was put on hold 10 minutes before they even came back to the phone. To make an appointment, this is not very good customer service at all.
This is an excellent collision shop that worked well with my auto insurance company. Jason and the staff at Caballero did an excellent job with replacing, repairing and painting my passenger front door, bumper, and hood. They provided excellent customer service and superb communication throughout the process. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this shop.
They fixed my mirror and paint matched it perfectly. I will be back here again if anything ever happens and they got the service done in a day once the part arrived
I cannot say enough good things about Caballero Collision, and especially Jason, who provided what I can genuinely say was the best customer service experience I have ever had. My experience with Caballero came after nearly three months of frustration trying to recover from an accident and the poor repairs that followed.
