Right away I could tell the owner Liam was passionate about his business and cars, nothing beats seeing the actual product and presented by Liam and answered any questions I had. Rod was efficient and speedy in response. Chris and Luke completed the install in 4 hrs with all parts included all accessories showed up, in and out no hassle. A job well done. Lift was solid, no flex, no wobbles and best of all plugs in into a ceiling mounted 15A socket so nothing is in the way. Well done.
These guys are the absolute worst to deal with, the owner is a pleasure to actually speak with, however something has to be done internally with how the business is run. I bought a 30k lift, which was "lost" in delivery, the communication regarding this was pretty much non existent, I had to try to contract the actual rep for challenger to ask where my lift is, and then I finally heard back from them after 1.5 months with an update.
