These people are a joke and after seeing some previous order error emails by my office predecessors I should have known better than to order some indoor plastic adhesive building/intercom/mailbox/front door nameplates from them. I placed an order via email and a sales person wrote back saying my order was received - zero price quote, eta, questions.
