These guys have been great. They were super responsive to my requests, did a bunch of work investigating potential causes of my problems, reached reasonable conclusions and were reasonable in their bill.
Right when I finished making a birthday pie for my husband yesterday afternoon, my kitchen sink backed up. Not having the time or experience to fix it, I called CAB Backflow this morning around 9:30am to see if someone could help. They said they could send someone right away - between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Deezan called me just before 11:00am to let me know he was almost to my house to do the job. He fixed my sink in less than 45 minutes, cleaned up, and put everything back underneath it. Chris, Christian and Deezan and the rest of the team did a great job repairing a broken sewer pipe in the front yard and skillfully placing a cleanout that was nicely flush on the front walkway where it pretty much had to go. Chris also told us our sewer looks good and just needs routine cleaning every few years with inspection despite some scare tactics from a large company who heavily marketed in our neighborhood to pressure us into getting a pricey sewer liner.
Had a sump pump system installed today at a new home and it was a very flawless process! Everything was done quickly and the setup was explain well!
