Called in so I didn't go to the physical location Spoke with Rachel on the phone she was awesome I told her I was a first time traveler and didn't have a clue what was all required she set me up with the travel insurance that best suit my needs Didn't try to upsell every product they had but made me aware of the other services should I require It was very affordable I'd recommend her to anyone who needs assistance with travel needs 10/10
Best one stop shop for insurance and SGI.
Staff are very poorly trained, and to get a license switched between vehicles took over twice as long as any other mother license issuer. Only came here because I am a CAA member, but this will be the last time I come here.
Extremely disappointed with Caa. Needed a tow and dispatchers were rude to my husband on the phone. They explained that they wouldn’t honour what their website said. Told us that roadside assistance didn’t include a tow for our broken down car, and had to spend $$$ on a different towing company even though we have CAA plus memberships. Seems like the membership is just a waste of money then.
