Went in to get my 3 year old a passport photo at 5pm March 24, 2026. Was not greeted when I went in (which I wasn’t even surprised or mad) however, I was told I couldn’t get passport photos done for my toddler as she was wearing a light purple shirt. The reasoning behind this was, it scans black and white? Attached are her Canadian passport photos I got from them just a year prior, where she was wearing a light grey sweater. I understand having policies, however, no where does it state wearing a dark shirt is required.
Chris Loewen was the adjuster that called me shortly after moving to a new address and almost immediately having to make a claim. Thank goodness for my Mom (for always reminding me to have insurance) and for Chris - wonderfully prompt and courteous, professional and patient. And absolutely thorough. As much as I dislike the unavoidable accidents and the undeniable grief that life throws at us, it was a pleasure to work with CAA and their employees while I was experiencing this crisis. Thanks again to Chris Loewen!
I had to wait over 30 min to talk to someone. When i finally got called the desk the woman was rude when I asked for a tour book and map. She asked if I was a member. I said yes. She said very quickly we dont have tour books any more you can find them in line. She got me a map and never gave me a chance to inquire about the tour books on line. They aren't there any more. I wanted her to at least show me on her computer where to find the info. But she looked at the next person in line and basically cut me off. The online loca... read more
