Always a great experience here! We usually deal with Emmy Lou (not sure if that's spelled correctly!), and she is always so helpful and friendly during our interactions! We go to CAA for any of our car insurance questions, licensing and passport photos and have always been pleased with the service. The staff has always been pleasant when we walk in and answer any questions we may have!
Always have had good service
Bought a new vehicle and went to cancel caa as we had insurance through new vehicle warrenty. Guess what you cannot cancel if it is over 30 days in force . No refund you are tied into it for a year even if dont need it . What a waste if money what a racket. So we paid for it at the end of august 2024 today is Oct 3rd 2024 . No refund no recourse .
This place is too much expensive, for two photos passport size they charge 20$ that’s too much money just for two pics, I think they don’t know Saskatchewan minimum wage is only 11.75$.For an average worker its almost about 2 hours of pay , this is insane, god helps.
