Phoned CAA for boost but they can't give us even the rough estimate of the driver's arrival. You just can't say that they are on they way! For how long? We have other business to do, too. One more thing, they don't have battery change service here in Regina and Saskatoon 🤷🏻♀️. Hope you improve your service. Thanks 🙏
I went to help a friend his wife and two kids who got stuck in the snow with minus 30 temp. They had CAA but they said they cant help since the car is not in service road. VERY BAD SERVICE. Even a stranger would have helped. The tow truck driver told my friend someone else for help. My friend had asked the driver if he could borrow the showel to remove snow even that he denied. If this is the kind of service that CAA offers, they why waste money insurance that does not help when in time of need.
Terrible service..
