Employee working out of PA from Battleford was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for help to plan a trip to Niagra Falls and to the Maritimes. She demanded an exact date, which I did not know yet. She was very argumentive and aggressive. And when I tried to state my opinion she hung up on me. DO BETTER!!!
Had terrible experience this time, would never go back
Horrible service, horrible attitude’s. Sat and waited for 45 min. Listen to Lori talk to a client and was extremely rude the entire phone call. Then have Lori state “Seriously all of you need Photos” then huff. We never got all the photos done and left due to their attitude. Wont be returning.
Phoned CAA for boost but they can't give us even the rough estimate of the driver's arrival. You just can't say that they are on they way! For how long? We have other business to do, too. One more thing, they don't have battery change service here in Regina and Saskatoon 🤷🏻♀️. Hope you improve your service. Thanks 🙏
