Thank you to Sybil Dio from the Yorkton office who helped me resolve an online hotel booking issue as well as make changes to a car rental. She took over and then called me back each time to let me know what was happening and how it was being fixed. It was a bit of a nightmare on my end trying to get help through the hotel for the one issue but once she took over it was taken care of quite quickly. I went to CAA to purchase some insurance for my family last Saturday.I felt the difference customer service from the senior representative there base on who you are and where you come from. She served the customer in front of me with smile.But she Changed her tone and facial expression as soon as I get close to her desk and ask questions about the insurance. The customer representative should treat every customer the same no matter who they are and where they from. Shouldn't use a different set of eyes to look at them.
Always a positive experience. The ladies are all very knowledgeable.
