The worst customer experience I have ever had. Rude belligerent owner made a mistake and would not give me my package despite having all the info and the package having my name and address on it. Had to get purolator involved just to get my shipment released from this incompetent business owner. If possible, avoid doing business here-i will go out of my way to avoid having to go here.

This place tries to charge you a "drop off fee". You either are an authorized drop off center or you are not. When questioned the man behind the counter became aggressive and rude. Looking through other reviews I see this is a common theme here. I have reported them.

Scummiest business practices. Been dropping off Amazon returns there for years and all of a sudden there's a surcharge to bring each package there. It's a nominal fee but it's not the point. The UPS driver was there when I went and told me he could just take them, but the guy in the store forced me to pay him. At no point did the guy in the store do anything. In July, I came into the store with 2 oversized statues and an oversized print already matted on the advice of a friend of mine.The owner took a look and said no problem with packing items up for you and using the cheapest carrier to ship. His rates for packing articles in 2 separate boxes were extremely competitive(compared to a quote I'd been given by a competitor) and shipping charges were more affordable(compared to rates of competitor- UPS).
