I went to them as kind of a referral and met up with someone I had met before and thought it was about to be a great experience...went there twice, 2 separate reasons, and wasn't happy with the outcome on either experience. Up'd the price both times, thought the first was just a fluke so I still gave them a second. chance, and I got into it with the dude in the back cause he had a horrible attitude and they still did nothing to make it right.. still gave them the benefit of the doubt.. never again will yhey get my business, ... read more
Bought a washer and dryer from them. Everyone from the saleslady, to the scheduler, to the installers were top notch. 10/10
We have bought from CA Wilson for years. We have a washer that went out. Only 2 years old. We paid for extended warranty through Centricity. The warranty company has refused to even come look at the washer. They want to pay out the washer with no compensation for another warranty. CA Wilson has washed their hands of this warranty company because they are problematic. CA Wilson will not stand behind their customer like they did before.
