BEWARE! Zero stars would be a more appropriate review for this company. I was a monthly entertainer for one of CA Ventures properties, Anthology Senior Living of Olathe, KS. Anthology of Olathe was a "short sale" but the sale price was insufficient to to repay the mortgage. So the property lender froze the Anthology bank account, meaning they could not pay their bills/vendors. None of the phone numbers for Anthology Senior Living or CA Ventures headquarters are valid. The property was amazing... However, the staff is not so great. Shinika Hudson in particular is completely rude, and insulting and doesn't mind making situations 10 times harder than they have to be. How she still has a job in customer service is beyond me. Definitely do not recommend staying at any property she works with.
Scheduled a showing yesterday at 10:30am online for 30 E Roosevelt. Waited outside for 30min. No one showed up. All of their numbers go to voicemail. Pathetic. Don’t waste my time like that again. And no I’m not removing this review y’all can kiss it.
Scumbags that don't pay their staff on time for the past two months!
