As a hotel Concierge, I find myself trying to make the impossible, possible. Which means finding rooms when there are no rooms to be found. I have called on Kimberly numerous times over the past 5 years and she's been my secret sauce. She finds rooms where I don't think to look, and the rates she has access to are usually better than anywhere else. I hope Kimberly stays in the area because she's the only service like this in Monterey that I know of.
We were traveling into town during one of the busy travel periods and were having a difficult time finding a room. Not only did Kimberly find us the perfect room for our family, but she did it at an incredible value! She is amazing!! Her courtesy and prompt responses took all the anxiety away.
Pebble Beach,Carmel and Monterey were three places I always wanted to visit. I realized I needed professional assistance to to set up a trip like this. I contacted and used the CA Vacation Center Reservations to put this trip together for me. Kimberly Paley was able to organize my trip and make it a trip I will remember forever. I went to the Pebble Beach Pro Am, played Pebble Beach, visited the Aquarium and stayed at a wonderful place in Carmel. Thanks Kimberly, I'll contact you on my next trip to Carmel!
Kimberly helped me find the perfect room at the last minute. She saved me the time of having to call around a dozen hotels to find what I was looking for. Just told her what I needed and my price range and about an hour later I had a reservation. I've used her service several times now and its always very speedy and reliable.
I'd highly recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for an honest, locally-based booking professional. She gave me great advice regarding points of interest and also what to expect with the flooding situation going on at the moment. She offered me competitive hotel rates (which she does not mark up), but when I looked up the particular hotel myself, I found cheaper rates than what Kimberly could offer me.
