Facility and service were great pre-COVID. However, since their closure months ago I have not been able to get in touch with anyone about my account and they’re the ONLY business in Roseville who hasn’t paused account transactions. I am writing this in hopes the manager will see and finally respond so I can stop being charged for a service I am not receiving.
