I'm a long-time floater at Tru Rest-Skokie. Co-owners Murphy and Heather are true believers in the benefits of float therapy and share their enthusiasm with everyone who comes through the front door. The facility is incredibly clean; the environment is tranquil, and I've always been treated with personal attention and professionalism no matter who was on duty. Was skeptical at first, but now that I've been, my mind is blown at how well this therapy can help with total body pain. I'm a retired mil vet and have a laundry list of medical issues including chronic pain that refuses to go away and this out of massage, chiro, inversion table, acupuncture, meds, etc. has been the only thing that provided actual relief. After four visits... I can certainly recommend it for the deep relaxation and pain relief the visits has provided for me. I got my first visit as a Christmas gift from a friend... but going in to do it I was very apprehensive - just not sure this was for me. But I found this is truly quality "me time" like I've not experienced before - because of not having any distractions at all and not one around. Facility and service were great pre-COVID. However, since their closure months ago I have not been able to get in touch with anyone about my account and they’re the ONLY business in Roseville who hasn’t paused account transactions. I am writing this in hopes the manager will see and finally respond so I can stop being charged for a service I am not receiving.
