James Bratcher did an outstanding job today of completing the Quality Check on the roof repair after a hail storm. He went over all the documents with us for the insurance coverage to finalize our bill. He was very professional and responded timely to each call or text message. His customer service skills were above our expectations. He was flexible to meet with us even though his schedule is full of so many customer needs.
