Handled insurance well and got a new roof. However, it is now leaking and still waiting to hear back from company. Previous sales rep is no longer available and company is not answering their phone during normal business hours. Would stay away from this company. I will report back if they come and assess their work to fix their problem. Our old roof was better then this current one.
March of 2025. That’s when the hail was in southern Illinois. April of 2025. That’s when my project was started. April of 2026. Will my project ever end?? No communication, bad communication, terrible subcontractors, horrible craftsmanship. Brand new roof life compromised from improper working procedures.
