James Bratcher did an outstanding job today of completing the Quality Check on the roof repair after a hail storm. He went over all the documents with us for the insurance coverage to finalize our bill. He was very professional and responded timely to each call or text message. My project was well done, however my project manager left the company immediately after my project was finished and the communication and end of project follow up with the company manager has been awful. I waited two months for my A/C to be looked at that was damaged during the project. I also waited about 6 weeks for someone to look at a window from the project I was having issues with. This company is not good. It took from March to August to finish the job. A new roof and siding from a storm. They left supplies and trailers here for three weeks. Two of the people we were working with either quit or got fired and no one let us know. Numerous phone calls to get the job done. I don't recommend them to anybody.
We recently had our roof replaced by C&A Restoration Co., and the entire experience was excellent. Kyle Walensky, our field supervisor, did an outstanding job overseeing the project.
