It seems like a scam This flat fee lawyer would get you just the signature without advice. He was responding right away until I paid his fee. After that I received late responses. He even forgot my name and case. He tried to rush me saying he has busy schedule. When asked questions, he was condescending, yelling at me saying I don't understand this at all. I had a great experience working with steven. He billed me a flat rate which was very reasonable. Definitely seems like he’s knows the ins and outs of prenups in California and he was very methodical in our call, making sure the prenup captured exactly what made sense for out situation. After the call, he produced the contract within a few days. He also responded to all my emails promptly and explained things clearly. Would recommend his services to anyone looking for a prenup.

Had a phone consult with Steven Mulligan that lasted 11 minutes. After a few minutes of normal conversation, he became progressively more hurried, rude and condescending, telling me he's got other leads to call. Guy couldn't even pronounce my name, called me Roxy. If you want a lawyer who rushes you off the phone and treats you like a checkbook, then call this guy. If you want a professional, look elsewhere. Literally every other lawyer I spoke to before and after him was a breath of fresh air.
