Very unreliable. 3 cancelled appointments to carry out a 30 minute job. Avoid
After booking one job which went ok, Chris cancelled on another job (a leak) for my tenant seven times, did not provide a reason until chased, and never completed the job. This is after taking a deposit. I emailed, texted, and called to chase but it took a while to get a reply. When I found out about this and asked for my deposit back, Chris wrote an aggressive message saying that I was threatening him. Chris and his colleague fitted and certified my gas cooker, they were both professionall and no messing about fitted in a timely manner and sent certification by email. Would use again
