Installed water heater. Good quality .
The representative could not speak English well, and could not explain why they cannot replace my broken faucet. After a few attempts to explain, he said he will call back again later and never did. He also refused to simply replace broken cartridge that other plumbers do replace, and instead, required me to replace the entire faucet assembly. Perhaps they have enough other businesses and do not want small service works.
Carlos came to my work and replaced our water heater. He was friendly and courteous and a pleasure to have at our business. His prices were competitive and his service was quick. I would definitely call him back if needed.
