Helpful on phone - flat refusal to help by email. Mismatched tiles received to described. Wouldn’t recommend.
Everyone knows finding the perfect tile is a challenge, and then you agonise over your choice because it’s so permanent. We found a tile we really liked, ordered a sample, was happy with it; then, I went to order it a few days later, and in the meantime, it had been discontinued and I was told that it wouldn’t be available again. Why bother sending out samples for something that is imminently going out of stock, and has ceased production?
I have used them in past. Customer service is great and absolutely love the tiles I used from them for my bathrooms. Have just recommended them to a friend who is refurbishing her cottage !
Extremely bad experience, i ordered only 2 sqm of slates and they arrived in a huge wooden crate instead of an ordinary pallet left on the curb side. the slates were loose inside the crate and not packed in boxes, and the huge crate is so heavy, doesn't even enter through the entrance door of the building or the stairs and i had to pay for it's removal and on top of that the delivery was wrong, they sent the wrong tiles.
