I would recommend anyone looking for Herman Miller items to reach out to Jesse—he’s super helpful. My house construction was delayed, and he helped me hold my shipment for an extra three months at no cost. Now I’m getting an Eames chair from him, and I can’t wait!

I had a delay on my order due to the manufacturer (Vitra). I reached out to Jesse directly about this issue and he immediately gave me an update with screenshots of emails between him and the manufacturer. Item came in today. Thanks

Do NOT buy from them. They will lure you in with deals seemingly lower than others at a limited time. This is a lie. This will ask you for more money only after the fact. I wanted a Herman Miller chair they had on offer. Hours after confirming they will send you an invoice for way more money, hundreds in my case. This isn't an accident, they have a history of this. Purchased an Eames Hang it All that they have on sale on their website for 189.00 plus shipping. Get an email saying that they don’t have the product so they would need to order it from Herman Miller for me. It will be an additional 112.00. Herman Miller has the product direct on their site for 221.00. It should not be my fault you can’t keep a good inventory of your products.
