Everything went seemingly well at first but then we received a bill from the IRS stating that we still owed more money after this company filed our taxes. We attempted to reach out to them via phone, email and the portal and no response. I have two stars because at first all was well but then their lack of communication left a sour taste in our mouths.
Unreliable and lack accountability. Filed my taxes last year and made errors which caused the IRS to reject the returns. Instead of trying to resolve the issues, they became totally unresponsive. Physical office was locked during business hours. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a tax professional.
Beware.This company filed my returns last year but I got a letter from the IRS stating that my taxes haven't been filled. I have been trying to reach out to them but nobody is answering the phone and the office is locked. Extremely unprofessional and lack accountability.

This is our second year working with them and they are amazing. They make it so easy to do your taxes. They’re fast, efficient, and very informative.
