We hired CA Carpentry for a patio cover (roof) project in late spring 2018 with actual work starting in July. It was to take 2-3 weeks max to complete, but was not completed until September. I am an insurance adjuster and work with building code on a regular basis. I pointed out several deficiencies on the framing, but the Centennial code inspection was called in anyhow and it failed and a re-inspection was required. CA Carpentry took our boring back yard that had a 10×10 concrete slab of a "deck" and put in a gorgeous 20x15 wood deck. They even worked around the electrical mess on the back of our house and the hill slope in our yard. The deck has improved the overall vision of our backyard and we cannot wait to fully use it and share with others (it snowed 5 inches the day it was usable).
