This office has some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. I came in with an appointment and still had to wait over 4 hours because they kept taking in other patients without appointments ahead of me. The staff had no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency. It felt completely unorganized and disrespectful of my time. If you value professionalism and basic courtesy, avoid this place.
The doctors are reasonably nice and the staff is very nice, but it feels like everything is very small. I had a hard time getting around there in my wheelchair, bare minimum of accessibility as far as room to move goes. But it's pretty good.
they don’t answer the phones literally ever. i’ve called everyday, 30 mins apart for the past week and NOTHING.
Very poor service. They never follow up and even charge for phone call to discuss your lab results .. they call it a virtual office visit
