I’m thankful for the Dr. And the therapist, they've helped a lot. But they need better receptionist that needs customer service coaching. There is one in particular that has an attitude all the time and she never wants to help. I had to ask them to do one thing for a month bc she was dragged her feet to do it and every time I would call “respectfully”, she would seem annoyed and dismissive.

It was not the smoothest start, but the folks at C&A heard my concerns and responded appropriately. I was eventually matched with a therapist that was perfect for me, and I’ve been seeing him ever since. I’ve been with more than 10 therapists before this, and nobody has ever compared to the care I get here, so thank you Dr. Chuck and C&A!
