He was very rude and actually misdiagnosed me the letter he sent me had multiple spelling errors even my name! He gathers his evaluations by plugging what he wants not what you tell him in a computer then gives you false info about your health. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I notified him of his error he found an attitude and sent an unprofessional email still spelling my name wrong and tells me I need 3 months of therapy after stating in his first evaluation I don’t need therapy. I’m thankful for the Dr. And the therapist, they've helped a lot. But they need better receptionist that needs customer service coaching. There is one in particular that has an attitude all the time and she never wants to help. I had to ask them to do one thing for a month bc she was dragged her feet to do it and every time I would call “respectfully”, she would seem annoyed and dismissive.
