This is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Paper thin walls, management does nothing to assist in your right to live comfortably, it is incredibly overpriced and I’m not the only one with issues here. We have a C9 Flats residents community group on Facebook because there are so many of us experiencing similar problems.
