It was very clean, and she was already waiting for me when I got there. She was nice and very professional but my lashes are terrible though. I’ve gotten lashes before and took care of them the same way, so I know I didn’t mess them up. Didn’t sleep on them and no water for 24 hours. I've only worn lashes once before, and I was reluctant to get them again because of the cost and upkeep, but Sydney assured me this experience would be different and she was right. The lashes are GREAT! The price point was more affordable than my first set, the lashes lasted forever, and my natural lashes are still healthy. The service was great too. The atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience is designed to make you feel like you’re doing something wonderful for yourself. I am a lash virgin and Haley put me completely at ease, explained the entire process, step by step, gave me all the information I need to keep my lashes looking fabulous and I left feeling like a million bucks. Definitely going back...I’m hooked.

If y’all are looking for a place to go for good lashes, LOOK NO FURTHER. I got my first set of lashes with the ladies at c5 and I absolutely love them. They are all so sweet, confident, and professional with the services they provide. Kayla C did my lashes (hybrid set) she was very informative and gentle the whole time ( my eyes didn’t even water)!
